Theme is removed every time atom is restarted #528

Every time I open Atom, it reverts back to the default atom theme, instead of staying in seti-ui. Also when i set it back to seti, i have to change the font and color scheme all over again

Sorry @SriramKa, but this is likely to be an issue with Atom, rather than inside this theme.
