(feature suggestion) Out-of-core read?

Hello,

It would be useful is TinyTIFF supported reading only a part of a TIFF image and not load the whole image into memory.
From what I understand by looking at the documentation, one can only load an image fully.
I am working on a code which processes many large images block by block and they cannot fit in memory so it requires random access to any part of the images.
