error read timeout

After a few months of trying and testing, my ebusd v5 is finally working., However i am plagued by too many read timouts.
In total about 11% of de data requests via ebusctl read xxx (datasize = 50000 total) resulted in a read timeout
I am reading about 30 variables from my heating system in a minute interval (Vaillant arotherm VWL 75/6A with VWZ AI and VRC 720/2)
It completes one datarow in about 10 seconds.
From previous issues i understood that increasing the latency should help here.

My configuration file is as follows :
EBUSD_OPTS="--scanconfig -d ens:/dev/ttyACM0 --configpath=/home/arian/ebusdshort/ --loglevel=debug"
EBUSD_LATENCY=500
EBUSD_receivetimeout=1000
EBUSD_sendretries=10

This however is not preventing the number of errors to appear.
Strangely I used to have the --latency in the upper line (after debug), but since a few weeks it results in an error that will prevent ebusd from starting with following message:
See "systemctl status ebusd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
Details are not really details , but the logs say it exited the ebusd configuration file processing with error 64, which means nothing to me
So I am wondering what to do to reduce the number of read timeouts.
Also I am getting the feeling that the last three lines in the config file may not cause errors in processing but are maybe just ignored

Problem seems solved by scrutinizing the csv files to the absolute minimum of parameters to be read and avoid double entries in different files with the same name. Making sure there are no errors like "element not found"
