Improved support for Steam Deck

From feedback from valve, in order to obtain "Verified" status we need to improve on the UX a little (which honestly are just good things to get done be honest!)

• Some functionality is not accessible when using the default controller configuration, requiring use of the touchscreen or virtual keyboard, or a community configuration Invoke the Steam Virtual Keyboard for text entry on Steam Deck #231

• This game sometimes shows mouse, keyboard, or non-Steam-Deck controller icons Remove mouse when gamepad in use #232

• Entering some text requires manually invoking the on-screen keyboard Controller hints / glyphs #233

• Some in-game text is small and may be difficult to read Ability to scale the UI to improve text legibility (and provide a Steam Deck default) #234
