Installation Requirements: * To successfully install Bootr on your device, you need to have patch installed. 1.1 Automatic mode (If using SHR): Use the fso-installer Makefile. Usage Bootr will ask you which operating system to boot on every boot up. You can then select one by: * pressing VolumeUp key or * pressing VolumeDown key After you have selected the OS, you can boot it by: * pressing the Power key 3. Troubleshooting If something goes wrong wrt. installation you can do the following steps and you should be back to your WebOS enviroment: * boot your device into recovery mode (press VolumeUp key and insert USB cable) * novaterm * hit [enter] once, to get to the bootie prompt * setenv bootfile uImage-2.6.24-palm-joplin-3430 * setenv bootargs "root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootwait ro init=/sbin/init.backup.bootr" * fsboot 4. Rebootr utility rebootr.sh is a tool you can use to select the OS you will boot into next. * /boot/bootr/bin/rebootr.sh [webos|shr]
