MacOS dock name cannot be set

(I have started a ticket in IcedTea about MacOS appearance. It appears, that IcedTea just follows the specification on this. So I try it here as well.)

Oracle JWS was set the (MacOS) dock name according to the "title" value arrived in the JNLP. With OWS the text "Boot" appears.
Can we make the Title appear here?

Simply adding -Xdock to vm-args list will cause jvm crash if app is starting on non-Mac machine.

Ideally -Xdock args must be added to vm-args list by default if app is going to be started on Mac.
The values could/must be taken from jnlp.
