The code in https://github.com/kenmcmil/ivy/blob/master/test/tc1.ivy seems not to work.

Ivy generates the errors:

tc1.ivy: line 144: error: immutable symbol assigned.
tc1.ivy: line 112:  info: symbol is used in axiom here
tc1.ivy: line 206: error: instantiated here
