koolshare merlin armv7l 380 无法启动koolproxy #16

大神，知道koolproxy停更了，但之前离线安装在koolshare merlin armv7l 380上的koolproxy3.8.4.1无法启动，
每次启动，就提示已关闭插件，不知道什么原因，请大神指导
