Description

CloudManager KCP component needs to be included into regular backup/restore process.
This would include:

backing up the component itself
adding required logic that would deal with restored component as it can be a bit outdated. Backup is done every 4 hours and any change in between could prove to be challenging to handle and make it work as if nothing happened

Reasons

CloudManager KCP component needs to be suitable for disaster recovery process with minimal impact to user.
