IT has been way longer then anyone should be waiting to see this updated. I have been waiting very patiently for Lap to start working on this, but we have not heard a word from him in a long time.... The people deserve to know why, and why this has not been updated.

I think he has given up on the extention since 9anime changed their page so often and he had to modify his extention each time. 9anime wasnt happy about the extention aswell since it had adblock built in it so they did what they coud to mess it up

so now what is the best way to download anime in batch off of 9anime??

you cant atm. personaly i use https://animekaizoku.com/category/episodes/ to download entire series you need Ublock alot of anoying ads. but when you download you can only download 1 season at a time unless you got Vpn

hmm sounds like a good alternate. does it have dubs or is it only subs?

You download from manga servers so when you find a show you want to downlaod you click manga. Somtimes you get forwarded to url shortner mostly ouo.press one and just mark the epesodes and click download. Download happens inside browser and you only see the % on the browser. when it hit 100% it takes 1-5min to actualy pop up as downloaded

you get popup with some ip adress to the host just ignore that its just ads
