MPQE v1.4 by WRS

MPQE is a wrapper for the ShadowFlare MPQ Library and provides several features for MoPaQ archive extraction.

It is written in C# and makes use of the SFmpqapi class, the author of which is unknown ( its not wowglider ).

For usage instructions, run MPQE.exe with no options or arguments.
