It's wrong. Test1 is generated by an another algorithm. You should follow the https://github.com/IGITUGraz/WeatherDiffusion (using 8250 for training, excepting gt 301-350). And download Test1 from: https://github.com/jeya-maria-jose/TransWeather/tree/33e677e0ecb15245b661b3c00b23dcabeafbd3f9.
