Pure black theme that isn't two-toned

Could we perhaps have an option for a pure black theme that isn't two toned? I think most people expect a pure black theme to be pure black whereas now the two tone accent make up for most of the screen. I don't think the two tone for cards is needed in the pure black option (kind of defeats the purpose) but if you want to keep the card background visibly separate perhaps you could at least set the top and bottom menus pure black?
