very slow build, maybe some bugs in cmake file

btw build works pretty fast for me (ubuntu 16.04 on parallels with 2gb of ram)
it's about 1-1.2 min if there're changes in src/
and 10-30 sec if the changes are in ui/

for me it's about 2 min every time((

we can use ninja and ccache
