AI Katy wrong skill name, and bug with selecting multi cast

Multi cast when selected selects limit burst for some reason. and the multicasts names are wrong its dual core processor and triple core processor.

This one has been partially corrected, Dual Core Processor is named correctly and selecting either multicast ability gets you the correct multicast, but Triple Core Processor is still named by the passive that activates it, "Artificial Intelligence". If this is intentional, the issue can be closed.
