Hello, the tcga_brca_subset.csv.zip file you provided regarding the grouping information of TCGA BRCA is corrupted. Could you please resend it to me? I am looking forward to your reply.

The kidney zip file is not corrupted, the other two are. But even though all unzip packages complain about the file being corrupted, I could open te files with pandas directly

pd.read_csv('path/to/csv.zip')
