Hosting Manager (mock version): Core error: Routing client error -> Entry already exists

I get this error in hosting manager when trying to reupload an existing file (e.g. index.html). Deletion of the mentioned file does not fix the error. Neither does restarting the browser or hosting manager. In other words: once there has been uploaded an index.html, no other file named index.html can be uploaded anymore. The only solution atm is to create another service.
