Building OpenSSL 0.x
----------------
1) Download SSL and put it into C:\Temp\OpenSSL
2) Make sure Perl is installed
3) Open up a command prompt and go to C:\Temp\OpenSSL\version.
4) Run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat"
5) Run Perl Configure VC-WIN32
6) Run ms\do_ms
7) Run nmake -f ms\nt.mak

Info:
* Use incl32 include folder.

Building OpenSSL 1.x
----------------
1) Download SSL and put it into C:\Temp\OpenSSL
2) Make sure Perl is installed
3) Open up a command prompt and go to C:\Temp\OpenSSL\version.
4) Run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat"
5) Run Perl Configure no-asm VC-WIN32
6) Run ms\do_ms
7) Run nmake -f ms\nt.mak

Info:
* Use incl32 include folder.


Building Boost < 1.44
--------------
1) Download Boost
2) Download bjam.exe (separate executable). Put it in Boost\version

   http://www.boost.org/users/download/
3) Open a command prompt and navigate to the Boost directory
4) Run bjam.exe --toolset=msvc-9.0 --build-type=complete


Building Boost < 1.45
--------------
1) Download Boost
2) Open a command prompt and navigate to the Boost directory
3) Run bootstrap.bat
4) Run bjam.exe --toolset=msvc-9.0 --build-type=complete
