Get CODE container (office apps) running on nextcloud

It seems like there's might need to be a seperate server running for the free edition of collabora. This problem was noticed when attempting to start a spreadsheet file in nextcloud and nothing would happen on the UI after an hourglass delay. Then checking up on the nextcloud user log ui it shows these errors in order:
