Question about Black Ops 3 support.

In the future it will be possible to enable the same software features for Black Ops 3? (Export console version audios, replace and save audios for PC version). This software it's pretty good, because some voice languages of Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 3 are not available for PC version but in console version they are. So whit this software it's possible to have that voices languages that PC version dont have.
So that's my question.

First of all, this software is a piece of art, and yes, we need those Black Ops 3 Features, would be nice to create a "mod" with the languages mission in the PC version
