The py2by remove ":" in type hint

The py2by mistakenly remove ":" in type hint. I think I will fix it in my PR in the future if not fixed, but maybe still a quick solve that affect string literals and comments.

I think I'll wait until all issues of the Python3.12.1 grammar.g4 solved and migrate Bython to ANTLR4. See https://github.com/antlr/grammars-v4/tree/master/python%2Fpython3_12 and antlr/grammars-v4#4280.
