Summary

Make codeblocks in lists appear indented in editing mode as they do in reading mode.
Include the indentation lines.

Basic example

Use list indenting so indent lines don't interfere with codeblock as well.

Motivation

More accurate appearance.

Indenting in reading mode should ideally not require indents to the codeblock but just depend on the indentation of the line directly above.
