Bug: active line highlight doesn‘t work

Describe the bug

I have enabled active line highlight in the settings, but the line is not highlighted when my cursor is on it. What could be the issue?

Steps to reproduce

Activate the "codeblock active line highlight" option in the settings and then generate a random code block. Finally, place the cursor within the code block.

Expected behaviour

the line will be highlighted

Current behaviour

the line is not hightlighted

Environment

• Plugin Version: 1.1.7
• Obsidian Version: 1.5.12
• Platform: PC
• OS: windows11
• Theme: minimal
• CSS Snippets: NO
