Start work on admin panel

Plug any needed new feature on it including :

  • manage users & permissions
  • manage book data
  • generate book covers (cache warmup)
  • book syncing between instances
    ...

Generate book cover : Done
Manage user & permissions : Done on a light (though efficient enough) basis
Manage book data : Done partially with inline edit
