[3DS] [Feature Request] ZL, ZR, C-Stick / Key Mapping / FireA, FireB / Date, Time on Savestate / and More.

Hello endrift,

I have four Feature Requests.

1. Support ZL, ZR and the C-Stick Button.
2. Key Mapping. (also Menu and Screenshot Buttons)
3. Fire A and Fire B Buttons (for Pokemon :D)
4. On the Savestate a Row for the Date and Time (maybe more Savestates?)
   

More Ideas:

1. Ask you, when you close a Game.
2. A Exit Button on the Menu, and same ask you, when you close the mGBA (I know, that can Exit with B on the Rombrowser.)

Bugs:

1. When I play one or two hours, the fps is then "inf fps" and the clock on the Menu freeze.

Features:

1. What would supporting ZL, ZR and C-Stick do by default? Currently the C-Stick adjusts the solar sensor level and that's it.
2. That's been planned for a while. I haven't done it yet.
3. Like turbo/autofire or what?
4. Not a bad idea, but it'd require a bit of an overhaul. I'll think about it.

More ideas:

1. Good idea, I'll see if I can manage that at some point.
2. Good idea.

Bugs:

1. Weird bug. I need to redo how the fps is calculated anyway.

Please do not file joint-issues like this. It makes it hard to track progress of the individual items.
