I'm on linux, but the same issue has happened to a friend on windows.
When trying to type the ip adress for a server (or just their names for the username) certain characters just refuse to type.
specifically . 8 g p but its kinda random. for example only the second 8 didnt wanna type, and restarting the game seems to fix the issue (sometimes)
