never include myapp/configs/application.php ?

set the default_controller to welcome in  myapp/configs/application.php : 

$config['default_controller'] = 'welcome';

but it dosen't work. 

so I checked the code ,  application.php never include in tinymvc , is there 
any problem ?

Please supply more specific details, default controllers work as the documentation states.
