This folder contains the latest version. It will generate a dummy game if you compile the project as is, you are supposed to copy and rename this directory and create your game upon it.
To build, fix src/dev/setenv.bat with the correct path to cc65_2.13.2/bin and run it and then src/dev/compile.bat.
