In discussions with @arcturus we came up with the idea of user being able to say:
'Notify me when I get near tiles like this one'.
This means that they can walk around town while their device is searching for relevant content for them. This could be powered simply by keywords derived from the tile's source URL.
This is exciting because it's a key differentiating feature that doesn't exist in competing clients and aides the mission of 'surfacing contextually relevant content'.
