You will need to rehost the models (the three downloads), not on drive. It is being ratelimited as far I'm aware of.

I can confirm. Copy the models to your Google Drive. It is a matter of one right-click. Links can be found at:
https://github.com/neuralchen/SimSwap/blob/main/docs/guidance/preparation.md#pretrained-model

Then delete the files from your Colab session, and download them again from your own Google Drive.

Wait for the cooldown duration.
