Reduce prominence of deletions in branch hover tooltips

Description

I love the branch hover tooltips, which show mutations acquired just on that branch.

Given that deletions are reported for each AA separately, and not as a range, if there's an early multi-AA deletion in a gene, the tooltip only shows that deletion - which isn't very informative.

I'm usually more interested in substitutions than deletions, as a result, the hover tooltip is not as useful as it could be.

Deletions could always be reported after any substitutions, or turned into ranges, or split out into a separate row different from substitutions
