Analysis and Classification of The Cancer Genome Atlas RNA-seq Data
This script was written for teaching Systems biology at the University of Iceland. It downloads and explores RNA-seq data from The Cancer Genome Atlas. The SummarizedExperiment Object is passed to DESeq2 for differential expression analysis.
