I wholeheartedly agree with @samueldr that "content for the wiki should be authored on the wiki", but was wondering where questions regarding content organization can be asked? The "Discussion" button/subpage seem to be for this purpose for each page, but I have no clue who would see these notes unless one explicitly click on the button.
For example, I was pondering why the Module article is not titled "NixOS module"? Even though it is in the NixOS category, the category list only shows up at the bottom of the page and someone with little Nix* expertise may not know that neither Nix nor Nixpkgs has modules (right?..). The intro is perfectly clear that this article describes modules in the context of NixOS, but the Nixpkgs manual uses the term "module" in at least a dozen different contexts - except when referring to the NixOS modules.
Before renaming though, I wanted to do my due diligence so I checked "Discussions", nothing there, so I checked what pages are linked to it. Found the following:
NixOS modules (empty content and discussions, redirect only stub)
NixOS: Modules (empty content and discussions, redirect only stub)
but there is no rationale for this action. My reasoning may be entirely flawed, so it would be nice to discuss it (and avoid changing the title back and forth).

Thanks for the considerations, I fully agree with your assessment. I'd say just rename it to "NixOS module". Link to this discussion in the changelog to prevent the same situation of missing rationale for future rounds of questions.
