我试了下1996.08.04会有问题，自己重写了一个发现我算的也有问题，应该是用的那个数据有问题。
找了个我目前算出来正确的：https://github.com/CutePandaSh/zhdate/blob/a435aa82f01aac66016347d8aab355e990ed09e5/zhdate/__init__.py#L22

另外有一些Lunar打成了Luanr
