Email sent event?

Is there any event called when form submission is sent by email?
I want to attach some functionality to it - generating pdf from form submission data and adding it as attachment.

Currently, the plugin does not call any events to hook into. I've been thinking about adding some events whenever the need arises. Your scenario seems like a good one. I'm going to look into this.
