Unable to publish multiple notes. Something went wrong + Calculating publication status from Github

Hello!
After 77 of tries to tune the website Github or plugin stopped working correctly.

1. Now i can't publish multiple notes (only one-by-one) - i have an error "Unable to publish multiple notes. Something went wrong".
2. Also i can't unpublish(delete) notes with Publication Center. If i want to open Publication Center there is a persistent process:

I was also running into this issue and when I checked the dev console, I realized I had a bad regex rule (custom filter) and when I deleted it, it fixed the issue.

Thanks, i will try to check it. But as far as i remember i haven't put any filters.. may be accidentally..
