When adding the media file, the error "media duration not available" occurs #692

Hi, I'm using BORIS version 8.22.6 and when I add an .mkv media file downloaded from GoogleDrive, I get the error message "media duration not available".

is it possible to access this media file to repeat the issue?

Yes! This and the other files have the same error.

I repeated the tests with other files and the error persists.

I'm also getting this error when I try to load .MKV files.

Is this file format not supported?
