Allow Batch File Upload for Teachers

Most exercises created by teachers contain multiple files. Commonly, those exercises are created by teachers outside of CodeOcean and transferred once complete. For this use case, it would be great if one could upload multiple files at once (i.e., with a dropzone or similar) and only set the missing details per file (i.e., file role, score, feedback message, ...). In the current workflow, one has to upload each file individually.
