phosphor-host-ipmid does not build in SDK - sensor-gen.cpp:147:1: error: could not convert #113

I tried this on a few different systems and fails seems to be the same. A bunch of warnings and then this final error:

I'm on commit 1e12112 using an SDK from 8/26 (https://openpower.xyz/job/openbmc-build-sdk/distro=ubuntu,target=witherspoon/)
