IPMId should dynamically compute sensor reading coefficients (M, b, R, scale...) #137

Hardcoding these coefficients in the sensor definition YAML to too error-prone. Once a sensor reading goes beyond the original calculated range for whatever reason, IPMId presents a false value confusing the host software analyzing the sensor values.

I was under the impression that this is implemented in the Intel version of the ipmid. If anyone can point me the commits I'm happy to port it over.
(or was it already ported?)
