The cndi CLI exits with error code 922 when it finds any cndi_config.yaml[infrastructure][cndi][nodes] entry which specifies min_count which isn't a number

resolution tips

If you want to specify a range of valid node counts, use min_count and max_count set to integers. If you want to specify a specific node count with no autoscaling, define only count.
