User Story:

As a user navigating the Passport XYZ developer portal,
I want an updated and responsive design reflecting the latest Passport brand,
So that I have a cohesive and smooth experience across devices.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN the Figma designs (desktop and mobile),
WHEN I access the developer portal on any device,
THEN the portal displays as per the updated Passport branding and adapts fluidly to desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
