Split not producing output file #581

Describe the bug
When I run SnpSift split, it does not produce any output files and gives no error

To Reproduce

SnpEff version:SnpSift version 5.2f (build 2025-02-07 08:36), by Pablo Cingolani
Genome version: NA
SnpEff full command line: java -jar SnpSift.jar split -l 100 yeast.vcf.gz
Output / Error message: NONE

Expected behavior
Program produces vcf files as described in documentation

Data
Sample data. No need to add the full genomic dataset, but a few input lines enough to reproduce the conditions.
