Lab 3
extend your people.emich.edu homepage by adding some style.

your page must include an external css page that applies some version of the following style:

- background to the entire page
- a new font style for your entire page
- font that is 10% larger for <strong> tags, and a different font color for <em> tags
- alternating colors in the backgrounds of your tables

you must also create a "Contact the Webmaster" page using form elements. Provide a link at the bottom of your page to the contact page. The contact page should allow for submission of comments, along with an associated e-mail and name.
