when I use --sp atac I get:

Command: run (Looper version: 0.6.0-dev
Creating Project from file: 'code/metadata/pconfig.yaml'
Can't load environment config file 'atac'
IOError[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'atac'

looper thinks the subproject is an environment file?
