Testing out the plugin with a Deezer Family subscription. Generally things are good and navigation excellent as always :)
One thing I encountered is that when I do an account switch, the main menu items are not necessarily updated correctly. I've traced it down to a potential cache issue. Deleting cache files fixes the issue a short while, but after a few switches, it's messed up.
Came to think on an issue I reported when trying out the Tidal, where a similar behavior occurred (michaelherger/lms-plugin-tidal#81). Would it by any change be the same issue here?
Please let me know, if you want me to do logging of the problem :-)

I'm not able to do much on that topic these days but I can try with some logs. Tidal and Deezer share a ton of code because it a common effort with did with @michaelherger when LMS was decommissioned. So having similar issues on both system if fairly probable (their api are also reasonably similar)
