You have a blog_id column here, but no blogs to get ids for.

Those are really users. The naming could probably use improvement—one user follows another user. "followee" felt weird though. Perhaps "blogger_id"? Or "poster_id"?

Cool. It's clumsy, but I would probably go with followed_user
