SVG Image Annotations don't load

Hey!

Having a problem where .svg images aren't working as annotation images.

To reproduce:
Go to https://plot.ly/create/#/ , go to the Annotate tab, go to Images, add a new image, and then try to upload a .svg. If on chrome, the expected custom file types doesn't even have the .svg extension included so it's impossible to upload, if on firefox, one is able to import the svg but it does not render or display at all.
