1 发布完诗歌以后，小程序里会有个弹窗询问是否接受一次微信内小程序通知，用来接收获奖通知。
2 结果出来以后，管理员在诗歌维基后台选定获奖作品，小程序通知到获奖者微信。
3 获奖者从微信内通知点击到小程序打开读睡推文页面，去评论区留地址。
