Modified 24.04 release to fix the color leds on Retroscaler Gamecube 4 Port Blueretro and and allow 8bitdo m30 to connect with dinput mode (start + B).

Gamecube v1.8.2-5-gb607dd2

Since v1.8.2-5-gb607dd2, without any changes, the 8bitdo M30 can be paired in Switch Mode (start+y) and reconnect with start.

With this update, since Switch mode has that same button mapping as Dinput, I don't need to connect in d-input anymore to use this controller with downgraded firmware 1.10.

1.7.3-retroscaler-dumped

This is the full 4MB dump of the retroscaler firmware that came with the 4 port blueretro version sold by then at aliexpress.

This firmware aparently is based on official 1.7.3 with modifications for the color leds at the front indicating controller connections.

As is, this file can't be flashed via ota and can only be flashed by usb/serial.

WARNING - It'll overwrite the entire firmware. Left here only for reference.
